Every ingredient we source is pure, unmodified, and grown with integrity, always from farms and mills committed to regenerative practices. All of our breads are organic, sourdough-based, and free of dough enhancers. Our wheat flour comes from ancient grains milled by Heartland Craft Grains in Lodi, WI. Our gluten-free bread is baked fresh by Sami's Bakery in Florida. Our gluten-free flour is thoughtfully crafted by JF Jules, a leader in clean, heritage-focused milling.
